Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please call us at 800-SUNCO-38 as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.
All merchandise must be inspected upon delivery. In the even the wrong merchandise was shipped or appeared to be damaged, customer has the right to refuse acceptance of wrong and/or damaged merchandise.
In the event you want to return an item, please call us within 30 days of receipt at 800-SUNCO-38 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When we issue the RA# we will instruct you where and how to ship the merchandise back.
We will ship a new item at our expense when the return is due to one of the following:
defect in the merchandise (manufacturer's fault)
damage during shipping
wrong item shipped (our fault)
Exchanges for other reasons (not our fault or damaged by shipping) will be made at an additional cost to the buyer.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and must include the RA#.
In the event of a defect, damage or wrong item shipped, we will refund the purchase price including shipping (if applicable) if we cannot replace the product.
All refunds will be processed in the same method of payment as the original purchase.
If you change your mind after you receive your order, order too much or order the wrong product(s), we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping (if applicable) and a restocking fee which is 10% of the purchase price.
Refunds will not be made if the product meets one or more of the following criteria:
- more than 30 days after receipt
- special and/or custom orders
- items which are unsaleable due to
lack of original packaging or completeness
- items which have been opened,
used, cut, modified, installed or applied
- returns will not be made without
