Order cannot be altered/canceled once it is shipped.
For your protection and convenience, we offer shipping through FedEx Ground. Once the order leaves the premises we are providing you a tracking number.
Please double-check the shipping address you indicated to ensure efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact FedEx for assistance.

For bulky and per pallet orders we are offering LTL delivery, it includes an appointment and liftgate services. Please make sure to provide a correct phone number so the carrier can reach you. Please note that LTL carriers will not be able to complete the delivery without a prior delivery appointment made by the phone.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. All orders require a street address.
