Processing

Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends or on US holidays ship the next business day. Bulk and pallet orders may take slightly longer to process.

Carrier & delivery time

We ship primarily with UPS Ground from our warehouses in Indiana and Utah, whichever is closer to you. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping. You can check the estimated delivery date on any product page by entering your ZIP code. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; holidays and weather can affect transit times.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Large & pallet orders

Bulk orders ship by LTL freight with liftgate service and a scheduled delivery appointment. Please include a phone number where the carrier can reach you; deliveries can't be completed without an appointment. For orders of 2,000+ sq ft, request a bulk quote.

Local pickup (Utah)

Free pickup is available at our North Salt Lake, Utah warehouse (709 N 400 W, Ste 3, North Salt Lake, UT 84054) by appointment only. Choose pickup at checkout, then call 1-800-SUNCO-38 or email sale@suncoamerica.com to schedule a time. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Where we ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We can't ship to PO Boxes; all orders require a street address. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us for a quote.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address. Address changes are possible before your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, let us know within 2 weeks of the delivery date. We'll work with UPS and make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can't be changed or canceled once they have shipped.
